I'm currently engineer #1 at custodia. We're rebuilding Canada’s national home-services marketplace platform from 0➡️1.Previously, was a dev @ TouchBistro for 4½ years.
I taught myself how to code during the COVID pandemic.I went deep on MOOCs, FreeCodeCamp, and every resource I could find. Barbara Oakley's A Mind for Numbers gave me a framework for how to learn deliberately. I then built enough toy projects to apply those mental models and landed my first gig at TouchBistro in 2021! This journey led me to have a keen interest in autodidactism and education.
My niche is in devX/agentX, internal tools, platform engineering, and figuring out if we're working on the right thing.
Away from work
street dance, grappling, whatever's in my Steam library, my golden retriever 🐕, and constantly being humbled by how little i know about anything.
